Chatting with your Customers

HumanClick.com now gives you a way to talk directly to your customers from your Bulletin Board and offers at BizBB. An icon appears automatically on your page, and if you are online, your customers can click on the icon and open a chat window with you. Here's how you do it:

  1. Click HERE to go to the HumanClick homepage.
  2. Download and install the HumanClick software. When prompted select Manually embed the HumanClick icon. You will receive HTML codes to paste into your page.
  3. Log in to BizBB and click Update contact information.
  4. Paste the HumanClick codes you got in step 2 into the box marked Chat Codes.
  5. Click SAVE CHANGES.
  6. A chat icon will appear on the home page of your bulletin board and on all of your offers allowing your customers to chat with you while you are online. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at services@bizbb.com.
