Troubleshooting:
- Oh no! I forgot my password!
Go to the BizBB.com Home Page (or the Home Page of any Bulletin Board). You will see a link Forgot Your User Name/Password. Click on the link and enter your e-mail address. Your password will be emailed to you immediately.
- I can't find my Bulletin Board on the BizBB.com Home Page!
You may have fewer than 5 Offers posted. If there are fewer than 5 Offers posted on your Bulletin Board, it will not be visible to the public. You, however, can view and edit your Bulletin Board if you log-in.
- I still can't find my Bulletin Board on the BizBB.com Home Page!
Most likely BizBB.com administration has deleted your bulletin board. The most common reasons for deleting bulletin boards follow:
- Your bulletin board has had fewer than five offers for several weeks. If this is the case we've moved your offers to the Open BB. Anyone may post to the Open BB.
- The Offers posted on your bulletin Board are vague or belong on other bulletin boards such as the Company Registry, Services BB, or Biz Opps BB.
- You have sent out unsolicited email to a large list of email addresses (known as spamming) and directed people to your BizBB.com bulletin board. Spamming is prohibited.
- You are displaying pornographic pictures or your advertising is likely to be offensive to a significant number of our Users.
As stated in the Terms of Service, BizBB.com reserves the right to delete any bulletin board for any reason without notice.
- I created a bulletin board, but I don't like the name I chose!
You must delete the bulletin board and create a new one with the name you like. Your bulletin board name is the ONLY property that can NOT be changed by editing. Be careful, when you delete the bulletin board, you also delete everything associated with the bulletin board.
- I can't figure out how to delete or change category names on my BB!
The form for Posting and Editing Offers has a field for creating a new category. It does not have a field for deleting or changing the name of a category.
When all OFFERS are removed from a Category it disappears. To delete a category, move or delete all the OFFERS from that Category.
To change the name of a category, move all the OFFERS from the Category whose name you you're changing to the Category with the new name. If the Category with the new name does not exist, create it (New Category) when you move the first OFFER.
